Whitespace Atlas

Three artefacts work together to identify where the ESOP category is open and where Elitez can win. The strategy-canvas radar plots existing competitors against the dimensions buyers evaluate; flat patches signal differentiation opportunities. The segment×need heatmap counts how many competitors genuinely serve each pair (score ≥ 3) — green is whitespace, amber is contested, red is crowded; click any cell for the player list. The ranked attack plans translate findings into concrete go-to-market specs (ICP, TAM, gap thesis, why-we-win, channel, pitch, pricing, content). Cross-link to competitors, market & pricing, design audit, the printable report, or the parent scheme rules.
