How it flows

Step 1 · Grant

Letter of Offer

Options issued in your name after signing the Acceptance Form and paying S$1.

Step 2 · Vest

20% + 48 months

12-month cliff, then monthly over the next 48 months. Total five years. Exit Event accelerates 100%.

Step 3 · Exercise

5-yr anniversary

14-day whole-not-partial window. Pay 10% of FMV per share. Shares held in trust.

Step 4 · Realise

Dividends, trading, exit

Receive dividends. Trade in the Jan 16–31 window. Participate in any Drag / Tag / IPO.
